The AI Enablement Suite is sold with a lifetime in-house license for the purchasing organization. This license allows the purchasing organization to internally brand, adapt, edit, reformat, and use the materials inside its own organization, department, team, branch, or internal learning environment.

The AI Enablement Suite license is for internal organizational use only. It is not a resale license, white-label resale license, external delivery license, commercial training license, or permission to sell the materials as courses, workshops, consulting products, or client-facing training resources.

Purchasing organizations may adapt the materials for their own people, including employees, managers, leaders, teams, departments, branches, internal training groups, and internal learning environments. They may not resell, sublicense, distribute, share, publish, or commercially exploit the original or adapted materials outside the purchasing organization unless separate written permission is granted.

Your receipt, invoice, or payment confirmation is your proof of license, so please retain it for your records.

5. Partner and Affiliate Programmes

Certain third parties, including individuals, organizations, consultants, advisors, business networks, and professional groups, may promote or facilitate the sale of selected products as approved partners or affiliates.

Participation in a partner or affiliate programme does not grant ownership of the product, copyright in the materials, resale rights, product license rights, or permission to represent yourself as the creator of the underlying materials.

Partners and affiliates may promote approved products using their issued partner link or other approved tracking method. Qualifying sales are tracked through the relevant partner platform, which may include SendOwl or another approved system.

Regardless of how a purchase is made or facilitated, the product license is granted only to the individual, organization, or entity that completed the purchase. Product licenses are non-transferable unless separate written permission is granted.

6. Partner Payments

Partner payments are made monthly on the 15th of each month, or the next business day where the 15th falls on a weekend or public holiday.

Each payment covers qualifying sales completed up to fourteen days prior to the payment date. This two-week period allows for payment processing, tracking confirmation, refund or chargeback checks where applicable, and verification before partner funds are disbursed.

Partner payments apply only to qualifying sales that are properly tracked through the approved partner link, platform, or agreed tracking method. If a purchase is not attributed to a partner through the approved tracking method, partner payment may not be payable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Partner programme terms, commission rates, qualifying products, tracking methods, and payment arrangements may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time.

Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided after purchase, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific product or agreement.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products, downloadable materials, licenses, courses, training materials, or advisory services unless required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
