Lifetime In-House License Agreement
AI Enablement Suite
Thank you for purchasing the AI Enablement Suite.
This license is designed to keep things clear, simple, and fair. When your organization purchases the AI Enablement Suite, you receive a lifetime in-house license to use the materials inside your own organization.
Your purchase receipt is your proof of license. Please keep a copy of your receipt for your records.
What Your License Includes
Once payment has been received in full, your organization may use the AI Enablement Suite internally for the lifetime of your organization.
This includes use with your employees, leaders, managers, internal teams, departments, branches, and approved internal contractors.
You may use the materials for self-paced training, workshops, leadership development, onboarding, team learning, AI readiness initiatives, internal professional development, and other in-house learning purposes.
What You Are Welcome To Do
You are welcome to adapt the materials so they are useful and relevant to your organization.
You may add your logo, adjust wording, include your own internal examples, refer to your own policies, and shape the materials so they fit your people, culture, and learning environment.
You may upload the materials to your internal LMS, intranet, secure training portal, or internal document system.
You may print, share, and distribute the materials internally for training purposes.
You may use the materials across your own organization, including multiple departments, locations, and internal teams.
In simple terms, once your organization has purchased the AI Enablement Suite, you are welcome to make it work for your organization internally.
What This License Does Not Include
This is an in-house license only.
It does not include permission to sell, resell, license, gift, publish, or distribute the materials outside your organization.
It does not include permission to use the materials with clients, customers, members, franchisees, partner organizations, paid external audiences, or public course participants.
The materials may not be turned into a commercial course, template library, membership, PLR product, white label product, client training program, or resale offer.
Consultants, advisors, trainers, agencies, and service providers who wish to use the materials with clients need a separate commercial-use or client-delivery license.
Ownership of the Materials
The original AI Enablement Suite materials remain the intellectual property of LEIGH ST JOHN PR BELLA ST JOHN INTERNATIONAL.
Your organization receives the right to use and adapt the materials internally, but ownership of the original materials does not transfer.
Any internal versions you create from the materials are for your organization’s internal use only.
Branding and Internal Use
You may brand the materials for internal use within your organization.
You may also remove public-facing references to Bella St John International when preparing the materials for internal delivery, provided the materials are being used only inside your organization and not presented as a product for sale or external distribution.
Updates and Additional Support
Your lifetime license applies to the version of the AI Enablement Suite purchased at the time of sale.
Future updates, new bundles, expanded versions, additional courses, or upgraded materials are not automatically included unless this has been stated in writing.
Additional coaching, advisory support, customization, implementation help, or internal rollout support may be available upon request and quoted separately.
Payment and Proof of License
The license begins once payment has been received in full.
Your purchase receipt is your proof of license. Please retain your receipt, invoice, or payment confirmation for your records.
Where payment is made by bank transfer or wire, access to the materials may be provided once cleared funds have been received, unless otherwise agreed.
Because these are digital materials, fees are non-refundable once the materials have been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available, except where required by law or agreed in writing.
Keeping the Materials Secure
Please keep the materials within your organization and share them only through secure internal systems.
This protects the value of the work and helps keep the license fair for everyone.
Practical Responsibility
The AI Enablement Suite is provided as a practical educational and training resource.
Your organization is responsible for making sure any internal use, adaptation, or delivery aligns with your own policies, legal requirements, HR processes, compliance needs, privacy obligations, and industry standards.
The materials are not legal, financial, HR, employment, regulatory, or compliance advice.
Good Faith Use
This agreement is based on good faith.
The purpose of the license is to give your organization generous internal use of the materials while protecting the original work from external distribution, resale, or commercial reuse.

Acceptance
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using the AI Enablement Suite, your organization confirms that it understands and agrees to this Lifetime In-House License Agreement.
