If you are completing the Snapshot as a team, you will also have access to a printable discussion copy. This allows your team to review the questions, make notes, discuss priorities, and agree on your responses before one person submits the final answers online.
60-Minute AI Implementation Review Session
We then meet for a focused 60-minute review session to discuss the Snapshot results, clarify the strongest opportunities, identify what should happen first, and consider the human side of implementation.
Human-Centered AI Implementation Plan
After the session, you receive a tailored implementation plan outlining your strongest AI opportunity areas, your recommended first use case, key human-readiness considerations, sensible boundaries, and a practical 30/60/90-day roadmap.
