Week 2 — What the Waiting Is Protecting You From
Waiting is not passive — it is protective. This week, you identify what your delay is shielding you from: judgment, failure, visibility, success, or something more specific. Understanding the function of waiting is what makes it possible to release it.
Week 3 — The Real Cost of Not Moving
Waiting feels safe. This week makes the cost of it concrete — not to create panic, but to make an honest accounting of what staying in preparation mode is actually costing you in income, confidence, opportunity, and time.
Week 4 — Redefining Good Enough
Perfectionism and waiting are close relatives. This week, you develop a working definition of good enough — one that is neither reckless nor paralysing, and that allows you to move forward with something real rather than waiting for something flawless.
Week 5 — Building a Bias Toward Action
Action becomes easier the more you do it. This week introduces a framework for building momentum — small, consistent moves that rewire the relationship between uncertainty and forward motion.
Week 6 — Making the Specific Move You Have Been Avoiding
This week is practical and direct. You identify the one specific action that has been on hold the longest — and you take it. The support and structure are here. The move is yours to make.
Week 7 — When It Does Not Go Perfectly
Moving before you feel ready means sometimes things will be messy. This week prepares you for that — so that an imperfect outcome does not become the evidence your waiting self was looking for to justify returning to inaction.
Week 8 — Action as Identity
The goal is not to take one brave action and return to waiting. This final week is about integrating everything so that being someone who moves — imperfectly, consistently, without waiting for permission — becomes simply who you are.
