AI Coaching Business
AI Assessment Done — Now What?
An eight-week program for business owners, senior managers, and entrepreneurs who are ready to move from assessment into thoughtful, practical AI implementation.
You have completed the assessment. You now have an honest picture of where your business stands with AI. That is the first step — and it is more than most business owners ever take. But awareness on its own does not move anything forward.
This program takes the output of your assessment and turns it into a clear, practical roadmap — covering where AI belongs in your business, where it should not lead, how to manage risk responsibly, how to protect the human element, and how to implement in a way that is calm, deliberate, and commercially sound.
Who this is for
For business owners and leaders who are done thinking about AI and ready to act on it — carefully.
This program is for business owners, senior managers, founders, consultants, and entrepreneurs who have completed an AI readiness assessment and want a structured, practical path from that assessment into real implementation.
You do not need a technical background. You need clarity of thinking, a willingness to make deliberate decisions, and a genuine interest in getting this right rather than getting it done quickly.
Whether you are leading a small team or running a founder-led business, this program meets you where you are and gives you a framework that is proportionate to your size, your risk profile, and your actual priorities.
What is included
Eight weeks. One clear outcome: a roadmap you can actually use.
Each week you receive a personal email from Bella — one core concept, delivered in her own voice, with a single concrete action to take before the following week. No overwhelm, no modules gathering dust, no live calls to schedule around. Just clear thinking and a structured path forward.
Weeks 1–4: From Assessment to Informed Decision-Making
Reading your assessment properly and separating signal from noise. Choosing where AI belongs first — and why the right question is not where it could be used, but where it should be used. Understanding where AI should not lead. Building a responsible-use framework that is proportionate to your business. By the end of week four, you have clear boundaries and a sensible starting point.
Weeks 5–8: From Decision to Implementation
Protecting the human element so people feel considered rather than bypassed. Designing a practical pilot that is narrow enough to manage and meaningful enough to learn from. Measuring what actually matters rather than what looks good. And in week eight, building a 90-day implementation roadmap that is calm, practical, and genuinely usable — so you leave the course knowing exactly what to do next.

How it works
Delivered to your inbox. On your schedule.
There are no live calls to schedule around, no platforms to log into, no cohorts to wait for. You subscribe, and your course begins. Each week’s lesson arrives by email and is designed to be read and acted on — not archived.
Each lesson includes a clear piece of work to complete that week, a feedback prompt to deepen your thinking, and an optional partner prompt for those who want to work through the material with a trusted colleague or peer.
If you have questions, they are submitted weekly via a dedicated form and answered in full — in writing, with real depth. A brief summary of the week’s Q&A is often also published to Bella’s YouTube channel, so the insight reaches further. No question is ever attributed — your anonymity is always protected.
The subscription is $97 per month. It continues after the course ends, giving you ongoing weekly Q&A access for as long as you need it. Cancel any time — no lock-in, no penalty.
